User data deletion
Last updated March 20, 2026
This page explains how you can stop Clipp Studio from using data connected through your account—including Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram), and TikTok—and how to request deletion of your Clipp Studio account and associated data.
Disconnect social accounts in Clipp Studio
When you connect YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, we only use that connection to publish or manage content when you ask us to. You can remove our access at any time:
- Sign in to Clipp Studio.
- Open Settings (/dashboard/settings).
- Find the connected platform (YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok) and use Disconnect (or equivalent). This removes stored tokens for that platform from our systems so we can no longer act on your behalf.
Remove Clipp Studio from Facebook or Instagram
You can also revoke app access in your Meta account: open Facebook or Instagram settings, find Apps and websites (or Website permissions / business integrations, depending on your account), locate Clipp Studio or this app, and remove or disconnect it. That revokes authorization on Meta's side in addition to disconnecting inside Clipp Studio.
Delete your Clipp Studio account
To delete your Clipp Studio account and associated data (including projects, media, and connection records where applicable):
- Sign in to Clipp Studio.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the account deletion section and follow the prompts to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.
We recommend disconnecting social accounts first if you only want to stop publishing, before deleting your entire account.
If you cannot sign in
If you need help deleting data but cannot access your account, email us at clippstudio@outlook.com. Additional contact details may be listed in our Privacy Policy. Include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of your request so we can verify and process it.
